A pipeline that runs in a sandbox and a pipeline that runs where failure is not an option are not the same system. What changes is everything around the model. Storage, for one. In a sandbox the model is wherever the notebook wrote it. In production it needs an addressable archive with a versioning policy — you have to be able to name a thing and get exactly that thing back.
